It's pretty awesome actually. I'm starting week 5 tomorrow! (That is if we don't get blown away by the storms rolling thru eastern NC!)

How can you tell if you're a pronator?

So, I was having some calf pain after running W4 of C25K, dispite stretching. Once I started walking again, it would gradually decrease tho. I was doing some research and it said an easy way to tell if you are a pronator is that the inside of the sole on the balls of your shoes will be worn down. I just started running really, and looking at old shoes that I wore for about 2 years on a day to day basis, I see that the middle of the ball of my foot is worn down, but the back outside of the heel is REALLY worn down. Does that mean anything? Should I be refit for shoes?

Thanks for the help guys!
