      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:000aad2d-bf96-4820-8501-40278157a59f] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt; Ok, from 1st hand experience...&amp;#160; I had a surgical repair to the ole hernia on 31 Jan.&amp;#160; I felt kind of miserable the first week and, of course, did no running or exercise of any kind.&amp;#160; Second week started feeling a lot better.&amp;#160; Ran 5 miles on 12 Feb with no pain.&amp;#160; Basically 12 days recupe time for me.&amp;#160; So, I guess time off is going to depend on severity but I have had very positive results.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:000aad2d-bf96-4820-8501-40278157a59f] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:bb03f539-701d-42a9-9fd1-02f4c3d3d888] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt; I certainly can't speak from a woman's point of view but I can speak from witnessing my wife's progress which motivated me.&amp;#160; No one has spoken about the buddy system here.&amp;#160; By counting calories (proper calories), exercise, and having a support group that holds each other accountable for what they eat, your goals can be accomplished.&amp;#160; My wife was part of a Prism wt loss program and she injected that diet and philosophy into our family routine.&amp;#160; The results have been significant and lasting.&amp;#160; We feel better about ourselves than we have felt in 20 years.&amp;#160; The entire group she was accountable to has also seen the healthy benefits of the program.&amp;#160; One thing they stress is achieving the right wt for you, not necessarily where you "want" to be.
