3rd Annual 5K Walk/ Run -A-Thon, To raise Money for "Our Children's Educational Dreams Are Worth Walking or Running".

Please share with me anything that will improve this fundraiser for children that are less fortunate than others to have all there needs met in their time of needs.We have some sponsors that have been there from the beginning! Please help! My name is Carolyn and I came to Wildwood, Florida 7 years ago, with such compassion for the people within this community and seen a need within the county, so I became very active within the community.My question is how can I make this walk a thon a success? This is one fundraiser to help raise $5000.00, for children's backpacks and school supplies along with different event items that the children will have on that day as well. Event date and time is: July 9th, 2011 @7:00am, 5k walk/run and the August 6,2011@ God's Glory Ministries 206 North Main Street, is the location & date for the Back to School Bash/ Program. Please help me! Kingdom Worker I AM!
