      <title>working on a new shot</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:7c55bf74-2515-40b5-85c9-99801b4af3c0] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Im 16 years old and planing on playing varsity next year as a junior. ive started to focus more on my shot more and more and seen alot of tips on ihoops and have an ideal. and i was thinking if this is good it seems to me that all my shots are going in and going to test my new shot tomorrow at a camp ill be attending. Heres the things i focus on and do when im shotting &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-look and aim at the back board of the rim&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-elbow stays in&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-elbow stays 90 degree till ready to shot then extend when shotting &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-keep follow threw &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;-also when shotting i release when im rising to the peak of my jump&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I know some of yall are gonna say if its working for me just stay with it but i was just wondering if should do to get my shot better.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:7c55bf74-2515-40b5-85c9-99801b4af3c0] --&gt;</description>
