      <title>Need Referral to Running Specialist in Central NJ</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:7d720b11-e76c-4001-a7ee-58f0aa0640f0] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Greetings.&amp;#160; I have an IT band, low back, down to the knee issue that is ongoing and not clearing up with regular P.T., rest, etc.&amp;#160; I have been to orthopedic doctors and chiropractors without success.&amp;#160; I am looking for a doctor who will analyze my running on a treadmill and provide me with treatment geared to my specific issues.&amp;#160; I live in Hunterdon County, NJ and am willing to travel for the right professional.&amp;#160; I appreciate in advance any input I receive.&amp;#160; Thank you.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:7d720b11-e76c-4001-a7ee-58f0aa0640f0] --&gt;</description>

      <title>Feet falling asleep</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:6ba195a8-9c65-41e6-a57e-486b86e88a69] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Greetings runners.&amp;#160; I have been running since last November and my longest run ever was 6.5 miles.&amp;#160; I average about 8-10 miles per week.&amp;#160; I have great shoes recommended by a good running shop where they evaluated my gait and running style.&amp;#160; Recently after running for about 4 miles either both or one of my feet falls asleep.&amp;#160; At least that's what it feels like.&amp;#160; My shoes are NOT tied too tight.&amp;#160; Sometimes it feels like my legs are falling asleep too.&amp;#160; Any thoughts or advice would be very much appreciated.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:6ba195a8-9c65-41e6-a57e-486b86e88a69] --&gt;</description>
