However, being new and excited, I purchased the plan and started it the same day back in January! It is going well but it is scheduled to conclude at the end of MARCH, one month premature.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So my dilemma is do I continue on this program through end of March then repeat the March calendar of activities in April or do I upgrade to the Intermediate program now and use the first or last 4 weeks of that 12 week program to take me through race week?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Not sure what to do so am hoping you can provide me with some pragmatic counsel.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks - Ron &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:80cdc448-3dd6-4709-85ff-b6e6bb7a1265] --&gt;</description>
