      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:7925b157-824c-4374-a150-52c354d63e4e] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p id="[object]"&gt;Are you streching your calves before and after you run?&amp;#160; You should also rest, ice, compress, and elevate them after your runs even if they aren't sore.&amp;#160; If the pain is so bad that it's preventing you from running I would consult a doctor immediately.&amp;#160; When I first began running I had some minor pains in my calves that wouldn't go away.&amp;#160; I ended up buying a pair of calf compression sleeves which took care of the problem and increase the speed of recovery.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p id="[object]" style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p id="[object]"&gt;Best of luck!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:7925b157-824c-4374-a150-52c354d63e4e] --&gt;</description>
