      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:4888001b-a713-4dc8-95bb-8ecf48f7927c] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;@seasick I was slow to the punch but I agree with everyone else talking about too little calories.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; I personally tried to eat at the net calorie level I WOULD need to maintain the weight I target.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Net meaning after subtracting any major exercise (aka a run).&amp;#160; If you make your goal too low at first then you will eat too little and your body will hold on for dear life.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; That was my experience anyway.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:4888001b-a713-4dc8-95bb-8ecf48f7927c] --&gt;</description>
