HS age Pitchers and Catchers: here is your opportunity to display your talents in front of the Midwest's top college coaches.

Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012, at Lockport Township High School, 1333 E. 7th Street, Lockport , IL 60441. Check in time is prior to 10:15am, with the camp running from 11am to approximately 1:30pm.

The cost is $200 for pitchers and $150 for catchers. You must be registered to participate. This event regularly brings in 30-50 coaches every year looking for recruits. Everyone from NCAA Div 1 through D3, as well as NAIA. Don't miss out.

2012 Selective Sharks Tryouts

12U & 14U players: Aug. 9-11 @ 7-9pm

16U & 18U pitchers & catchers: Aug. 20, 2011 @ 10am

Sharks looking for a few outstanding players for the 2012 16U and 18U teams.

The Sharks need a few more outstanding players to compliment our 16 and 18 team. The 16 team will be the outstanding 2011 14U team, who won the Chicago ASA Metro championship, and finished third in the USSSA national tournament. We are adding players to this team. Need two pitchers, and a few great athletes with multi skills, who can play more than one position. We want lean and fast athletes to compliment our already quick team. We play a tremendous schedule and have the finest fields and indoor facilities in the country.

Our 18's are coming off a great 2011 season and return many quality starters. We finished third in the Chicago ASA Metro, and are in the ASA National tournament in Bloomington, Illinois. We need several lean, quick athletes, a pitcher, and a catcher or two.

Tryouts have been changed for 12U and 14U players to Tuesday through Thursday, Aug. 9-11, 2011.

Tryouts for 16U and 18U pitchers and catchers are set for Saturday, Aug. 20, @ 10am

The Stone City Sharks have announced selective tryouts for the 2012 season to be held Saturday, August 20, @10am, at the Stone City complex, 4525 W. Bell Rd., Minooka, IL.
