Ice is great too along with some strength training. If the pain is below the knee cap patella area, that is first sign of needing new shoes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You might want to change up the surface you run on as well.
