It makes you unpredictable. working on agility helps with dribbling and working on conditioning helps everything. Work on strength training and dribbleing b4 a workout, then work on your shot and sizups and freeing up space, then work on posting and facing up. do drills that increase both spots. If you work on a steady routine it will increase overall game and be able to be put at any spot

well ive been on a routine for 2 weeks now, and it works. On mondays and thursdays its upper body, but in between every set i do 20 calfraises(10 slow puase and 10 fast no pause, i do 200 a day of those, the every day i do body 10squats, 10 pushups, and 10 situps with legs at 90 degree angle in the air in the most rapid succesion possible and i time my selft, a do 5 of those a day. on tuesdays and fridays are lower body. i do 2:12 stepups on a chair with 10 lbs weights in each hand, 20 calfraises, 10 jumps as high as i can, then walking lunge with 15 lb in each hand, then the calf raises and jumps, squats with 20 lb bar, raises and jumps, and then ladder jumps( tape ladder on ground with 1 and half foot gap beetweem, up 2 back 1 up 2 back 1 etc) then the body squats, push ups, and situps. I do this in 15-20 minutes a day. Then go outside and jump as high as i can for minutes. But make sure you eat alot of healthy food because you can loose wieght by not eating alot. And it might throw your J of little but with practice it will come back. Hope this helps! and b safe.

Do the things you know you excell in. I am really good at driving the ball, so most the time i drive, but you need more parts of your game so your not so predictable. and the Adidas AdiRose is a great shoe, great grip, and lasts.
