      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:5d3521e5-446f-43a3-9987-d2442f46fa73] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Im 14 years old about 5'5 or 5'6 and about 175 lbs. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Last year i started working out i mainly did weightlifting but little to no cardio, I worked on an on and off basis but i felt the development in my muscles&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;.
