We are now scheduling open practice times and confidential individual try outs as well! If you were considering signing your daughter up for rec league, check us out first! Travel ball will increase your daughters experience , as well as strengthen and increase talent. We consider out team competitive, but low stress. We also offer a family friendly practice and tournament schedule! We will schedule try out times soon, so to leave the option if signing up for rec ball if a good fit with our team cannot be made. Frost*Bite 02' is Looking to add a few players to complete our 2013 Roster. Our team is currently comprised of a solid core group of 7 local girls who live in or around White House TN. Our team is based out of White House TN (20mins north of Nashville, or 20mins south of KY) and will practice in or around that area. We are looking for a few strong 02's or 03's, with a strong bat, good glove and love for the game. We understand there are many travel teams to choose from, but we believe what sets us apart is....

1.) our zero tolerance for drama or negativity. We DO NOT have parent drama, and we WILL NOT! Our players are respectful on the field and off the field. Good sportsmanship is very importnat to our team! Our team believes in supporting one another during the highs and lows, just as a family would.

2) our emphasis and respect for family time. we show this by having a reasonable tournament and practice schedule which we provide in advance, and never play multiple consecutive weekends! Our goal for 2013 is 2 tournaments a month, with an occasional 3. Our practice schedule usually consists of 2 days a week, with a 3rd day that is an optional batting practice and a mandatory pitcher/catcher practice with one on one help from our pitching coach. (who is an experienced pitcher herself)

3)We DO NOT recruit for positions. ALL our players will play more then one position, which is essential for tournaments. Many teams do not allow players to move around, which can inhibit player growth. Our goal is to develope well rounded utility Softball players.

4.) our passion for the fundamentals. We love to win games, but more importantly we want to make sure each girl is correctly equipped with the skills to play competitively on any level. We will be playing NSA & ASA sanctioned tournaments. We are currently involved in off seasons training and drills, in an indoor facility. Our pitchers are working one on one with our pitching coach to be ready for the spring. We will be taking a few weeks off to allow the girls to relax and enjoy family time over the Christmas season. We will resume practices in January 2013. The next few weeks we will be scheduling confidential try outs, so please shoot us an email, call or text to schedule a time, or to ask questions about our team. Starting in january most city parks will be holding sign ups for softball, and more girls will be ready to try out, so give us a call now to schedule a time for a confidential try out before our roster is full. FrostBite 02' is 10u fastpitch softball team based out of White House TN. (20mins North of Nashville, or 20mins south of Franklin KY) We will practice in or around the White House area. Our team will participoate in 2 tournaments a month, sometimes 3, primarily in TN. We are a LOW STRESS TRAVEL TEAM! We currently have a strong core group of girls and parents, but would like to add 3 more to complete our team for 2013. ALL POSITIONS OPEN, and girls WILL play more then one position which is essential in tournament play. We are looking for strong, dedicated, and respectful 02's with a good glove and strong bat. Strong 03's with travel ball and girl pitch experince, will be considered. Utility players are most desired, which is essential in the tournament setting. Our primary goal is to build strong fundamentals and to keep the girls together on a team as long as possible to build a strong cohesiveness. We are still looking for 3 more 02's or 03's to complete our team for 2013. ALL POSITIONS OPEN, and girls WILL play more then one position which is essential in tournament play.We are currently taking strengh and conditioning casses and have indoor practices weekly. We also have a pitching coach on staff (former softball pitcher) that will work with our pitchers one on one to ensure they are ready for spring, Please text, emal or call with any qeustions or to set up a confidential try out!

FrostBite 02' (10u), is a fastpitch softball travel team and we are looking to add 3 players to complete the 2013 roster!!! Our team is located in White House TN ( 20mins south of Franklin KY) and will primarily practice in our around that area. Our team currently has a very strong core group of girls, but need 3 more to add versitility. We are seeking strong bats, good gloves, respectful attitudes and dedicated girls and parents! Utility players are most desired to best accomdate the tournament setting, where playing multiple positions is key to having an edge in the game. Strong 02's are most desired, but strong 03's with travel ball experince will be considered. Our team is currently participating in strength and conditioning classes with a trainer, and having regular indoor practices as well.
