But I have been reading all the posts for a long time..I seem to be one of the slowest penguins of everyone who writes. I just started jogging last year, had a knee&amp;#160; problem, did physical therapy and stopped jogging. I redid the C25K and completed it in March.       <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:467691b8-a329-459c-8bfe-f30e28db1160] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I love reading all the posts and love that&amp;#160; it is called "calling all penguins".. when I read through the posts, some of you are not really penguins..If I could run a 5k in 36 or so minutes..that would be fast..&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I did the c25K program and finished in March and have been jogging almost every other day.I am up to going about 3.5 miles at a time with a pace of about 46 or 47 minutes for running 5k.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I just got an iphone and am so motivated with some of the apps. For example, the nike+gps is amazing. It keeps track of your pace, distance and time; gives voice promts and plays your playlist.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Another app called Daily Burn keeps track of all of your food for the day. You can even get a bar code scanner that goes with the application and instead of entering the name of the food, you can scan the bar code with your iphone and it records the food and the calories.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; I am trying to lose weight and I find this record keeping helps..however, I have been trying to lose 10 pounds for several months and the weight just doesn't come off. I am down about 4 pounds..but with all the exercise and recording, it seems I shuld be losing more weight.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:467691b8-a329-459c-8bfe-f30e28db1160] --&gt;</description>

I want to thank you so much for your encouragement last year when I ran my first 5K. Before last year, I never ran..so this is very exciting for me. I am really liking it and look forward to my&amp;#160; running days.
