Help & training with bikes- San Antonio

We are inviting everyone/anyone tri-training in San Antonio to join us for our rides and get faster in your bike!!

Over the last several months, we've had many people training for tri's join us for some rides. The first thing I noticed was they were lacking some basic shifting/climbing skills. I had a chance to work with many of them individually during the rides and they've told me it was extremely helpful for them.

So, we've decided to encourage all of you in San Antonio to join us for training on the bikes!!

On Sunday, we host 2 levels of intermediate training rides - regular and advanced, that include training tips and advise. Read about that here: http://www.saridelikeagirl.com/Training_Road_Rides.html

We also ride Tuesday evening in Hill Country Village as well as every monday-wednesday-friday morning at 7:30AM.

We are looking for beginner rides to join our beginner rides and clinics Saturday mornings in San Antonio.

We have 2 levels of beginner rides. If you want to learn how to ride road or mountain bikes, or if you want to get better at riding, please join us!!!

We teach every thing from how to shift to changing tires and deraileur adjustments. Lots of fun riders, small groups, all No-Drop rides. Check it out:
