What does it Take to be a great Rebounder?

Your freethrow routine should always be the same. For example when I step to the line I will spin the ball in my hands, dribble it 3 times, look at the rim, and then shoot it. Find a routine that you like and practice it the same everytime.

How to Get Noticed by the Coach

As the season starts to get underway there is only one person that determines how much playing time you are going to get this year. I am going to give you a few tips on how to get the coaches attention. First don't think that the only thing that matters is scoring. Coaches arent just looking for scorers. Next you want to hustle, dont be lazy. Win the sprints, dive on the floor, rebound, etc. Lastly you need to communicate. Be a good teammate and pick your teammates up with your words. Try to be more then a scorer.
