There is a fair amont of climbing during the race though nothing significant until mile 70 when you have a 1500ft+ climb. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Last year my training plan included one day of intense hill climbing usually early in the week than have a long ride during the back half of the week. It worked great. Just keep increasing your long ride distance and you should be set.
