      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:00b8fa95-41b6-4f63-a318-64f4424699b3] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Congrats everyone for getting started!&amp;#160; I completed a 6 week C25K program with a trainer the last week of June.&amp;#160; It was great, but I still have a long way to go. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I ran/walked a 5K on July 3rd.&amp;#160; I think I finished in about 55 min.&amp;#160; My next 5K is scheduled for August 29th. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm going to see if I can do week 3 or 4 of the program, and go from there.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have a running buddy on Saturdays, but definitely need some motivation to get out the door two more times during the week.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I look forward to getting more updates from everyone.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Best wishes,&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Chaunaci&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:00b8fa95-41b6-4f63-a318-64f4424699b3] --&gt;</description>
