      <title>Anyone starting C25K in late Sept?</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:fa79bdec-6bc4-41fb-bf69-80470708eb9e] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Yes!!&amp;#160; I'll C25K with you.&amp;#160; OK let me go do my HW.&amp;#160; I don't know what we're suppose to do here.&amp;#160; Oh I guess I have a lot of catching up to do here.&amp;#160; Oh boy.&amp;#160; I think I'd better start this weekend.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have been getting to the gym rather regularly lifting, Spinning, even going out walking as the weather has cooled off (which I LOVE and which helsp with my migraines).&amp;#160; My husband insisted on getting me a Mountain Bike so we can start biking.&amp;#160; We've put about 15 miles on so far.&amp;#160; What fun.&amp;#160; My goal though is to be in FABulous shape, strong, lean, ready to rock the Rugged Maniac this time next year, and I plan on having ripped abs!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Let's do this things Lads and Lassies!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:fa79bdec-6bc4-41fb-bf69-80470708eb9e] --&gt;</description>

      <title>Couch to 5K</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:6e7c548e-9769-44d1-b3c6-677e9e04ccde] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Well here goes the beginning of getting to running and burning off this copious muffin top!!&amp;#160; I've started back to the ym end of May.&amp;#160; Started back on all the cardio machines and this Milon system my gym showcases.&amp;#160; Moved on to Spin classes, lifting classes, and the occasiona HIIT class.&amp;#160; Husband insisted I invest ina&amp;#160; mountain bike so when we have time we can bike weekends and evenings we're home early.&amp;#160; Having great fun, lost about 20lbs in about 3 months, translating into 4 pant sizes, and&amp;#160; total of almost 11 inches off my thghs, waist, bust, hips, and arms.&amp;#160; This is ONLy the start.&amp;#160; My goal is to run the Rugged Maniac with my aunt a year from now and to be fit again.&amp;#160; This time I wanna see my hard earned, ripped abs, not just be thin again, AND ROCK this Rugged Maniac business!!!&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We'll say I'm still over 250, but not for long.&amp;#160; I'll be under 250 by December, preferrably sooner.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We'll see how this running business goes until I've shed more weight.&amp;#160; I don't want to mess up my knees.&amp;#160; May have to resort to that crazy Cross Trainning machine for now doing interval trainning.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Look forward to getting this done with you all!!&amp;#160; So LET'S DO IT!&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:6e7c548e-9769-44d1-b3c6-677e9e04ccde] --&gt;</description>
