      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:e7acfaad-6a60-4827-bbe7-645832197252] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;span&gt;there r alot of ways 2 increase ur vertical for free or cheap. if ur like a couple of inchs away from dunking the best thing is 2 get some 10lbs ankle weights(10lbs each ankle btw) and wear them everywere and all the time. if u just want 2 jump higher cuz ur getting packed alot then plyometrics r a good way 2 go. u can just run the search plyometriv workouts for basketball in google and find high qualty workouts for free. but do use good judgment as a precuation. alot of people say jumprope helps. it didnt help me as much but u nvr kno till u try it. hope this helps&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:e7acfaad-6a60-4827-bbe7-645832197252] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:11a729be-5ae6-4b39-b2a6-fdb250b735dd] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;haha. well i design my own programs for weight training. but since iv been sick this past week i havent worked out. but lets say im going 2 do a 4 day split. ill work my chest and back on monday shoulders and lower back on tuesday wensday is an off day i do legs on thursday and then just my triceps on friday.(im mostly bicep in my arms so i just focus on my triceps. cuz my bices get worked during back workouts.) then on sunday i work my weak areas triceps and back again. i aslo do legs on sunday just cuz u can nvr have 2 much work on ur legs in basketball.&amp;#160; i shoot&amp;#160; 50 free throws then work on my 1on1 moves(step back crossover and step back stutter step hesitation dribble euro step. and working on the kobe.) then i just shoot around and work on my trick layups all before each workout.&amp;#160; on monday i do ball handleing. i usually just pick 5-8 drills and do each 1 for 5minutes. on tuesdays i do agilty i pick a couple of exersizes and do each for 3-4 sets of 10 reps. on thursdays i do 20 suicides. and then friday i use as a rest day.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:11a729be-5ae6-4b39-b2a6-fdb250b735dd] --&gt;</description>
