      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:937a4945-60be-4713-9134-147684736356] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Hi...how is it going with the open water swims?&amp;#160; That is all I do...I live on Cape Cod and either swim in the ocean or across the ponds.&amp;#160; I recommend that you do so with a friend and co swimmer or even a buddy with a canoe for starters...after you are comfortable, then just where the surf is safe...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also, I use what the worlds top marathon swimmer Tammy Von Wiese from Australia uses, and they are Access bars.&amp;#160; They utilize the fat in your body as a true source of fuel and half way through your workout and towards the end you have more zip than you had at the beginning...they are awesome and when I swim without them I can definitely tell the difference...they also help tone more...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:937a4945-60be-4713-9134-147684736356] --&gt;</description>
