Mine is listed in my signature. Still plugging away little by little. I stopped running from Oct-Dec and my weight went right back up to 275# and I knew I had to start again, It was a slow start as I was only able to do 1 mile. Today I did 5 miles and my pace is 10:15 - 10:30. I was reading my signature and it made me proud to see what I have done. Just reading all your stories has renewed my dirve

Ive put in the time! Ive had some set backs and time off with pain and injury. Tomorrow am, I will attempt my first Half Marathon. I followed HH half for beginers but Im worried that 10 miles was not long enough and it was so hard! Im excited and scared to death at the same time. This is by far the most diffacult thing can ever remember trying to do in life. Army Basic seemed less scary than this. Please wish me luck! after tomorrow I will no longer refer to myself as "fat man running" after tomorrow I will refer to myself as a runner!!!! Mike

(see my signature) long run 9 miles 2 days ago. My first half is the 26th (10 days away) Today i went out to do a nice 5 miles. IT SUCKED!! My legs never got loose. I had to walk by mile 4 and on and off the rest of the way. My pace was 1:30 off my normal. All I can think is my diet yesterday was Terrible to say the least. Way to many calories and sweets. Any ideas. I thought I was doing great but now Im so sore ...it was not fun....Mike
