      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:8524e3d7-5e77-4ad4-9f28-0f3a1ccb9974] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I completed W2D2 this morning and it went much more smoothly than W2D1 (probably has a lot to do woth me drinking a lot of beer friday and sat before doing W2D1 on Sunday).&amp;#160; I've vowed to stop drinking beer and eating fast food until my 5K on May 1st.&amp;#160; I am pretty sore in my quads, especially when walking up stairs.&amp;#160; I work in a high rise office building so I am thinking about walking up and down the stairs at lunch on non-running days to add some additional cardio, and stretch the muscles that are sore.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:8524e3d7-5e77-4ad4-9f28-0f3a1ccb9974] --&gt;</description>

I am 5'11'' and 294lbs.&amp;#160; I started C25K last year in April and made it to week 4 before I got sidetracked.&amp;#160; I re-started last Sunday and completed Week 1 and did W2D1 today.&amp;#160; I did well on the first three intervals, but for the 4th and 5th I did about 45 seconds of running.&amp;#160; I ran the entire 6th interval.&amp;#160; I signed up for the Run to Rememebr 5K on May 1st and my goal is to run it in 36 minutes or less.&amp;#160; My long term goal is to lose 100 lbs in 15 months before my 32nd birthday.&amp;#160; This would be similar to my weight when I graduated high school.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:d7341aa9-72aa-4ea2-93c7-81a9b128f4d0] --&gt;</description>
