Has anyone noticed the progression of our post since the beginning of December.&amp;#160; We all went from unsure and struggling to confident and ready to cross the finish line.&amp;#160; Love it!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also, here is some great news.&amp;#160; It occured to me that I started this thread in the "Newbie" section.&amp;#160; So in a week or so for many of us we are no longer Newbies right?!&amp;#160; I'm going to miss all your stories and encouragement.&amp;#160; Geez some of you will be done next week.&amp;#160; Holy cow!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As for my update.. I finally got over that nasty cold. My first run out I tried week 4, the lungs were not ready so I went back to week 3.&amp;#160; My next run I bumped back up to week 4 and I'm proud to say I'm now finished week 5.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; Tomorrow is week 6.&amp;#160; I was initially upset I had to drop back from my expected finish date but I'm over it now.&amp;#160; I also signed up for my first 5K online today and actually got nervous.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; It will in March in Houston.&amp;#160; I'm hoping the time will help me improve my time by then.&amp;#160; So far I run the 3.1 miles in 45-50 minutes.&amp;#160; My guess is that a walker can beat that time. hahahaha.&amp;#160; I can just picture myself running my heart out and some walker chick comes hip swinging past me.&amp;#160; Kind of like kouri on the treadmill with someone on the next tread walking the same speed. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:d9f8e3a0-a8ae-4308-b30a-28dea66b2146] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:88886cee-f851-405c-8e3c-7c27c9860bb0] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt; Hey Kouri.. have you thought about running to a book?&amp;#160; I tried once on an eliptical machine and got so into the book I didn't realize how much time had passed.&amp;#160; It did take me a few minutes to get interested and my brain relaxed but once I did I was in.&amp;#160; I haven't done it running and can't seem to want to try it running not sure why.&amp;#160; However, I have a friend that runs 10ks and half marathons and swears by running to books. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As for my update on running:&amp;#160; I still haven't run yet as I still have some congestion.&amp;#160; I did go to the grocery store and got completely winded walking the isles and loading groceries to my tahoe.
