I would suggest that you listen to your body. Yes, there are the normal aches and pains that come with starting to exercise. Then there are indicators from your body that says that something isn't quite right. Take a break and find out what is going on. Perhaps additional time will be needed between workouts.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Also, there is a lot of great information on active.com concerning nutrition.
