      <title>Las Vegas Running Routes?</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:49d74dc4-dcc1-4324-b014-649fdbf6fea1] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'd definitely recommend going to a good running store and having your gait analyzed so you can make an more informed decison regarding your shoe purchase.&amp;#160; It will help to see whether you need a motion-control shoe or a neutral shoe or a stability shoe.&amp;#160; You don't necessarily have to buy the shoes they recommend at the store; you can get some recommendations and go online to see if you can find them a little less expensively.&amp;#160; Wearing the wrong shoes can set you up for injuries and that's much more expensive in the long run than a pair of properly fitted shoes!&amp;#160; Good luck!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:49d74dc4-dcc1-4324-b014-649fdbf6fea1] --&gt;</description>

      <title>Mizuno Wave Prophecy</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:b0e47be1-50ca-4d11-85a0-1f8dfb2cad61] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;I need some encouragement or I'm in danger of quitting my C25K program.&amp;#160; I was at Week 5 and SLOWLY getting through the running segments.&amp;#160; Six days ago I had carpal tunnel surgery with general anesthetic and my efforts to get through Week 6 have been pretty frustrating.&amp;#160; I find that I don't have the stamina to jog through the running segments and I end up walking.&amp;#160; The wrist I had surgery on throbs painfully about halfway through the workout and it seems like my lung capacity has done an about-face and is going downhill.&amp;#160; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt;"&gt;I don't know whether to go back a couple of Weeks and redo Weeks 5 &amp;amp; 6 or just keep slogging my way through the current workouts, running as best I can and walking when I have to.&amp;#160; Anybody got any insight as to why my body has decided to reverse course instead of progressing?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:b0e47be1-50ca-4d11-85a0-1f8dfb2cad61] --&gt;</description>
