SOC Storm-Relph 14U - 8/19 - three spots available

SOC Storm 14U and coached by Ryan Relph, based out of South Orange County is looking for a 97/98s catcher, left-side infielder and an outfielder to fill out the fall roster. Our organization continues to grow. Beginning with one 97s team in the fall of 2009, we now are at five teams (97s, two 98s, 99s and 00s). We will soon add an 18U team.

Our mission statement is family, academics and softball in that order. We are having an open workout on Sunday August 19 at 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Crown Valley Park (29751 Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Niguel).

This team has won TWO Triple Crown tournaments since last November as we have continued to get our players ready for high school. Our goals for the Fall are to begin preparing our players and families for college recruiting and we will play a combination 14U/16U schedule as part of getting read for the next level. During the school year, we do conditioning/hitting Tuesday's at MVP in Lake Forest, hit Thursday and practice on Saturday in Santa Margarita.

Attention South Orange County 98s players:

If you are without a team for the fall, we invite you to consider the SOC Storm 98s team coached by Ryan Relph. We are based out of Laguna Niguel/Santa Margarita/Mission Viejo. The SOC Storm organization continues to grow. Beginning with one 97s team in the fall of 2009, we now are at five teams (97s, two 98s, 99s and 00s). We will soon add an 18U team.

The SOC Storm 98s (2016) team needs for the fall are a slapper, catcher, left-side infielder, and outfielder.

We are having an open workout on Sunday August 19 at 8:00 a.m. at Crown Valley Park (29751 Crown Valley Parkway, Laguna Niguel).

This 98s team has won TWO Triple Crown tournaments since last November as we have continued to get our players ready for high school. During the school year, we do conditioning/hitting one evening a week at MVP in Lake Forest. We practice on Saturday in Santa Margarita. SOC STORM 12U/14U Open Workouts - Sunday January 8 2:00 p.m

SOC Storm 14U and 12U teams, based out of South Orange County, will hold open workouts on Sunday, January 8, 2012 at Wagon Wheel Sports Park in Santa Margarita. Link to the field is below.

The SOC Storm Mission Statement is on our web site at www.stormfastpitch.net. The goal of the organization is to maximize the student athlete's talents to get them ready for high school and beyond in an atmosphere where the priorities are family, academics and softball. Each player is treated with respect - there is no shouting and profanities with our players and we hope that each player stay with the Storm for as long as they enjoy playing softball. SOC Storm also has two 16U teams and will be adding an 18U team in the fall. The organization places a strong emphasis on working with families on recruiting.

The 12U team is coached by Jim Rawls, formerly of the American Athletics 12U-16U Program. Jim has over 40 years of coaching experience, and will be an outstanding coach and teacher for your daughter. All positions are open and will be earned. No daddy-ball.

The 14U team is looking for athletes to add to our already strong core of student-athletes and families. The team had a very successful fall including winning a Triple Crown event, and are looking forward to continued success in the Spring and beyond. The team WILL NOT BE GOING DARK. All positions are open and will be earned. No daddy-ball.
