      <title>Anyone looking for a training buddy</title>

I am hopin to do a sprint tri in Sept/Oct if I am able, but was curious if anyone (newbies, amateur) would like to train together. I live in the central florida area, Orlando/Oviedo. My strongest leg is the swimming, I have swum competitively for 15 years, minus some time off to have kids. I got back in the pool 8-9 mo ago, and I am doing 2-3 3500 + yds per week. Running has always beed a week spot for me, so am currently more focused on this. Bike; I am slow but my endurance is decent. well I am still working on it. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My current schedule is attempting to do 3 x run,&amp;nbsp; 2 x bike, 2-3 x swim a week. (Its hard with kids, and working full time.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I do need some suggestions though.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;How many times, if any do I need to do any weight training?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am confused about the transitions. I am thoroughly enjoying it!&amp;nbsp; Quite a few of the others playes as well as myself would like to find a field as well as other players to get together with on Saturdays for pick up games of soccer when the current season finishes in a few weeks.
