We will be looking for 3 girls to take To PGF Nationals, this Sunday time to be announced will be one of our first looks. If you would like to be considered please contact us by e-mail so we can make arrangements that you will be coming out. If for any reason you cannot make Sunday let us know so we can have you come out a different day. We will only be having these tryouts for a limited time so we can start to prepare the team for Nationals. This is an excellent opportunity to have your kid at the right place at the right time. 3rd,1st, utility, and catcher really good opportunity but everyone with skill will be considered.

Our Gold Ball Coach and Head of the Magic Orgaization Rabbit Blake is back with a great supporting cast of coaches. He is the Director of the PGF South Region (Texas,Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana). Our goals for all our teams is to compete in the PGF and ASA, with invitations to some of the finest Exposure Tournaments around. We are now QUALIFIED for PGF Nationals in Huntington Beach,CA where it will feature some of the top players, teams, and scouts in the country. Be a part of a growing and exceptional organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right families, great group of girls and families on current roster.

The 98 team will be playing the 16u division in Colorado opportunity to get the exposure you are looking for, we are looking to add talented kids to our lineup. We are looking for3 more speedy utility players, we are looking for kids capable of playing multiple positions to join us for the PGF National Tournament. Switching to midfoot from pronation is going to be a mixed bag of good and bad. At first you get relief from the wear and tear of excess movement, then you eventually feel the wear and tear of starting all over again. You need to allow time for your body to adapt to any new movement, even if it is more efficient than the old way. Think of how many years you spent working up to your old style, bad as it may have been.

At 260, any strategy is going to require strength of form. Did you do any exercises to prepare for midfoot, or just switch cold turkey? Some really light runners get away with a lot of faults in form, but for you, it's gonna hurt. My guess is your Tibialis Posterior is now working harder supporting the arch, since it is a supinator. The pain pattern is typical of one produced by this muscle, sub Achilles where its tendon slides. It will take a while for it to build up from the old pronation, where the muscle just lets the foot fall flat.

Tib P. is also a plantarflexor, so exercises involving plantarflexion, and supination can build it up. Right now, it is probably sore, so I'd back off a while, start back slow with exercise. and eventually get back on the road.
