Hey,
I just went to my physical therapy appt and they told me that from running against traffic all the time (which is what i way always taught) my right hip is lower than my left and basically affects me as if one leg is longer than the other. i need to go back for a few more sessions to realign my hips and learn exercises to strengthen my core muscles. Just informing you all before something stupid like this happens to you. The PT said to switch up sides of the road or go to the track and alternate directions once in a while. the pitch of the road is what caused this.
