      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:ff15fae4-5006-46cc-ba2d-1af56d4a33c6] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;suggestions?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;hi all - just got back from vaca and it was a great time!!&amp;#160; luckily we went with others who are watching what they eat and workout worshipers so it was easy to stay a little in the game (I think I only gained back about 1/2 pound or so.... not bad for 4 days in Cabo!!)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;when we left last week, i had gotten up friday morning before our flight left and did week 6 day 2..... saturday on vacation - got up and went on run walk around the resort, then went and met up with rest of group at the gym and ran on treadmill for about 14 minutes - then walked home via boulders - so good workout.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;sunday should have been my 25 minute run - but wanted to enjoy the terrain at our vacation and saw a nature trail - being out of the country - didn't want to go alone.&amp;#160; took my DH and we ran walked pretty rugged terrain (involved climbing some 6' stone walls) - then reached the summit and jogged down quite a long path that included about 20 sets of stairs.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;monday went for walk on beach and climbed some boulders&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;tuesday night we get home&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;now it is wednesday and I did not get up to run as first day getting back into swing of things here, getting kids to school, figuring out work appointments, going through 213 emails, etc...... so since I usually run wed, friday, sunday - I am wondering if I should offset this week and run my week 6 day 3 run tomorrow then go on to week 7 on saturday (this will set my whole run schedule off and I was pretty comfortable with wed, fri, sun) - or how should I go forward?&amp;#160; hate to just fill in this week and not go to week 7 till next, but may be best???:| &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:ff15fae4-5006-46cc-ba2d-1af56d4a33c6] --&gt;</description>

I am afraid of becoming reliant on those "breaks".&amp;#160; my issue with week 6 is that on day 3 for the big 25 minute run, I will be in Cabo san Lucas.&amp;#160; #1 I hope they have road or sand left for me to run on #2 the climate and humidity, heat scares me&amp;#160; #3 I hope I don't overindulge so much in the fantastic food and beverages there that I can make it out of bed sunday &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/4.5.5/images/emoticons/happy.gif" width="16px"/&gt;&amp;#160; BUT - just to give me incentive I have already booked a massage at the spa there for monday morning. &lt;img height="16px" src="http://community.active.com/4.5.5/images/emoticons/happy.gif" width="16px"/&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;doing ok on nutrition - really need to find a protein powder that is lower in cholesterol - but I like not having to eat something so solid when I get home from my run - shake and maybe a banana does me well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;hope everyone has a great week.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;there is a great website out there with many song lists that are broken down by bpm - it does make the running fun to keep up with tempo!!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:f0965743-f467-4ee1-abe2-5f0829621872] --&gt;</description>
