Hi Everyone,

It has been a long time since I have posted here. I have been posting and reading on runners world and kind of quit looking over here. I am still on WW and doing OK. I am a lifetimer trying to get back to goal. I finished C25K in Oct of 2008 and still running! 4 5k races down and still doing atleast three, three mile runs a week. I am not loosing very well and really starting to get frustrated for the first time in a while. I do try to be honest with my self as I know most frustrations come from lack of honesty and not following the program correctly. I will say that sometimes I will track good all week, not use any flex points and then on weekends I will slack off. So, I am trying this week to REALLY track SEVEN DAYS!!!!! Also, I have increased my weekly mileage (walking and running) trying to run my three days at three miles, and ALSO walk atleast two days and on walk days I might jog a little if the urge his me. Here are my specifics, I am open to any suggestions/advice. Like I said I am totally aware that self honesty is a big part of it but I am kind of stuck. I REALLY need to be at my goal by July which means 18 more pounds to go!

Lost 25 pounds since Jan. 2008 (VERY slow, I know)

Jan, 2009 lost 6.6, Feb. broke even no gain or loss, Mar. lost 3 pounds, April ended with a .8 total gain! I do log my exercise and the only difference I can see is that I did do about 2 days a week resistance training in Jan. at a gymn but not very much at all.

I really need to step up to the next level and I am willing to do what it takes to get there, I just don't know what it takes! Thanks!
