Feeling a bit discouraged. I'm 25 and over 200+. I just finished W5D2 of the C25K program today and am just really disappointed in my times. I'm managing around a 14 minute mile and I feel like I should be going so much faster. Also I thought that after 5 weeks I would have lost some weight but not a pound.
