Hey Tom,

I have been drinking this product called Evolv it has decreased my time for a mile by 10 minutes. This stuff is so amazing. The biggest part was I have bursitis in my left knee and my left hip. I have been struggling with this pain for a couple years and hadn't been able to run until these last couple months . This drink has given me back my my enjoyment of running again. I thought I would never be able to run again. This drink increases your stamina provides more energy and you don't need to double up on anything else. My best friend is a runner too and after he ran his last marathon he said he felt better than he had ever felt. He said his recovery time was about 30 minutes. Gatorade can't come close to Evolv. The founder of MD Anderson Cancer Research in Dallas Tx. , Dr.Robert Newman did the original studies on this product and now he is the official doctor of Evolv. This drink is amazing. I would try this before anything else.

I also have the same problem and a friend of mine for 15 yrs. in Virginia just sent me an email and a package I am super hyped about and wanting to sharing.

Brazile a friend of Mike's is a recreational runner.He runs abot 31 miles a wk. 7 miles 3 x wk and 10 once a week. For the past 3 yrs.he had not been abe to run the 10 mile run in less than 1 hour 15 min. This past Monday he set out on his 10 mile run to see what one bottle of this drink called evolv that Mike kept telling him he had to try. Right after Brazile's finished his run he called Mike and told how amazed he was. He had just ran his fastest time shaving 10 minutes off of his regular time. He said he drank the second bottle and in less than an hour he had fully recouped. Mike tolded he would see a difference. In conclusion of Mike's text said that he experienced more energy and stamina in his everyday workout .Mike is 6'4 and 287lbs. and in thee last two weeks he had lost 10 lbs. Who wouldn't want that. So I have the bottles he sent and am heading to the gym. Keep you updated.

I also are having the same problem and a friend of mine of 15 years in Virginia just sent me an email today that I am really hyped about trying and sharing. Brazile said not only did he cut 10 minutes off of his time that after drinking the second bottle he recouped in less than an hour after his run.Mike was like I told you. My friend Mike who gave evolv to Brazile also said that because how the drink worked for him it gave Mike more energy and stamina and his regular work outs he felt he was able to work out harder and in turnn he has lost 10 pounds in two weeks.Mike is 6'4 and 285 now. I have got my bottles and heading out now so I will keep you updated.

I have recently been introduced to Evolv . My friend Kim gave me a couple bottles and I loved it. I have purchased a case because I experienced so much pain in all my joints because of competing gymnastics for so many years. Since I have been drinking Evolv I have noticed a huge differenence in every part of my whole workout.After my second month with the Evolv i make it through my workout without pain. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH BEING CONSISTENT IN MY WORKOUT BECAUSE OF SO MUCH PAIN IN ALL OF MY JOINTS. I HAVE NOT BEEN EXPERIENCED THE SAME PAIN ANYMORE. I HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING HIGHER ENERGY LEVELS , MORE STAMINA AND BEING ABLE TO PULL OUT THAT LAST BIT OF ENDURANCE TO FINISH MY WORKOUTS.
