      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:5a164ebf-f1ac-406d-b622-03664f97703d] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;My last post was over a month ago.&amp;#160; Unfortunately I'm still right where I was.&amp;#160; I started the Faster 10k training, then I went through 3 weeks of migraines coupled with a seminar for work.&amp;#160; I tried restarting after that, but am having trouble getting past the two mile runs that make up the first week.&amp;#160; Sunday I was supposed to do 4 miles and didn't even manage 2.&amp;#160; I didn't make Tuesdays run at all.&amp;#160; I'm finding it hard to run during the work week.&amp;#160; All I can do at this point is try to get started again.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Glad to hear the surgery went well, ssregatta!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:5a164ebf-f1ac-406d-b622-03664f97703d] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:6d5ec0ea-663c-4b9c-be92-0f457d070c4f] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm still running.&amp;#160; I continued to have crappy runs, but have now started a new training program designed to get my 10k under 55 minutes.&amp;#160; Considering my 5k was 35 minutes, that would be an accomplishment.&amp;#160; Unfortunately I had to skip today's run but will be back on schedule on Thursday.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My weight loss hit a plateau.&amp;#160; I'm hoping this new plan will kick start it again.&amp;#160; I'm going on vacation the first week of August and will be spending a lot of time on the beach.&amp;#160; I'd prefer to be in better shape than the last two summers I went.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:6d5ec0ea-663c-4b9c-be92-0f457d070c4f] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:ce4f7e6f-ddd0-4df3-b820-efb4cdb367db] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Today was Week 5 Day 2 for B210K.&amp;#160; I'm glad I checked my RunKeeper app before I ran.&amp;#160; When I set up the program I added an extra 25 minute interval.&amp;#160; Oops!&amp;#160; The 2x 25 minute runs went really well.&amp;#160; I've been having an extremely stressful couple of days, so clearing my mind for nearly an hour was most welcome.&amp;#160; Even though I had the app set to give me updates every 5 minutes, the last run ended earlier than I had calculated.&amp;#160; I could have actually gone for another 5 minutes.&amp;#160; That's a good thing because the next run is 2x 30 and next week is 60 minute runs with no breaks.&amp;#160; That's the last week for B210K.&amp;#160; After that I'm just going to work on getting my 10K under 60 minutes.&amp;#160; If I do that I should definitely be able to kick *** on a 5K.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:ce4f7e6f-ddd0-4df3-b820-efb4cdb367db] --&gt;</description>
