so ahh unlike spkoest, it looks like I made the rookie mistake of going out WAY to fast (I changed my goal time before the race, the taper was messing with my head).....

compared to weather.com, Tom Skilling's forecast is really starting to sound depressing....44/29, Blustery NNW winds as steady early-day rain tapers to sprinkles. Flurries and possible snow showers in the afternoon/evening.

I think we are going to have a good day...20% is about as close to zero as we can get and the overnight low for the 21st is only 41*

13 more days! But I got a quick question for you locals, I have some friends staying over in Milwaukee and coming down that morning...any good ideas on how to get down to Chicago. I looked at Amtrack but they dont start running until 8am
