The act of extending my leg and pushing off the toe puts too much strain on the torn tissues.&amp;#160; So if you are in the Hudson Valley and see an aging runner with shorts that are too short (acording to my son because they don't reach my knees) and a very short fast gait, it will probably be me.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; And yes,&amp;#160; I know I'm chopping my stride.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt; &amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:a671a315-07ac-4739-89a8-49eef88f2064] --&gt;</description>
