13U Mt. Prospect Power looking for a solid PITCHER to complete their roster

This is a great opportunity for a solid pitcher who has experience playing on a competitive team to join an already strong roster for the 2013 season! This Power team is moving up to the 13U/14U level after a very successful 2012 season at the 12U level where they finished 4th in the USSSA State Tournament and 9th in the USSSA World Series. This team will continue to play a competitive schedule in 2013.

We offer an outstanding coaching staff of former professional and collegiate players who will help bring your athlete's game to the next level!

Mt. Prospect Power 13U/14U Tryouts - 8/11 & 8/12

The Mt. Prospect Power will be holding tryouts for the 2012-13 season the weekend of Aug. 11th & 12th. The 12U Power just finished a very successful season with an overall record of 43-23-1. After placing 4th in the Northern Illinois State Tournament in Rockford, they ended their season at the USSSA World Series in Kansas City, MO where they finished tied for 9th place out of 55 teams. This team will be moving up to the 13U/14U level next season and plan on playing in competitive A/B level tournaments with the goal to qualify for and attend a national tournament again next season. We offer fall training and game play, indoor winter training and a full spring/summer schedule. There is also a second, older 14U Power team, a 16U Power team and an 18U Power team looking for players.

Tryouts will be held at Prospect High School Varsity Field

(801 W. Kensington Rd, Mt. Prospect, IL) as follows:

Saturday, August 11th
16U: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
13U/14U: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
18U: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Sunday, August 12th
18U: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
13U/14U: 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
16U: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

*players should check in 30 min. prior to start time
