I had to start it over twice last week. The previous week was a bust. I hate that I can't get back on track with my exercise. I guess stress has a lot to do with it. I'm starting WK4D1 tomorrow and hoping that I don't unmotivate myself. Its a new month and weather has been great. I did manage to slow down my "speed" on a threadmill and pull in one workout outside and it is a LOT harder outside. OUCH. I am going to once again try to incorporate other workouts during the week and hopefully that will work and get me back on track. I had that disaster day last Wednesday. At one point my cell that I keep by me on threadmill because of my kids somehow got caught in my Zune headphone wire and went flying across the gym floor and split into 3 different pieces. People are just like well why were you on phone but I wasn't! my timing was so off I don't even think I did it right and then I missed W3D3 so I'm starting Week 3 over to try to get it right.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:2e62ea22-0df2-45c3-b29c-101fcbf160e2] --&gt;</description>

I'm worried that having that much time off will make that 3 min run difficult.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've been reading that some of ya'll (yes I'm from Texas) have strength training inbetween runs and I think I'm going to try that and hopefully strengthen my core because I can see the rest of my body taking shape but my abs refuse to be a part of my bodys revolution..sigh..&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Here's to starting one more time AGAIN.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:ed4bc0d9-cf58-4c91-9edb-d62dc448d6dc] --&gt;</description>

There are so many people out there that don't even take the first step. It does suck when you are overweight and trying to run for the first time but people still look at you at the gym when they see you jogging and going if SHE can do it maybe I can too. If anytime I may now be the posterchild for all the overweight middle age women out there. I can deal with it. I completed W3D2 yesterday and it was alot better and easier than Monday. Having a partner that motivates you is always helpful. I had that exact problem you were talking about. I went to my 7 year olds school event and she was like Mom you are beautiful. I said thank you baby. And later she's like Mom one of the boys in school said you are so fat and I wanted to cry but I didn't because I think your beautiful. My poor baby she is so sensitive and that must have taken a lot for her not to cry so I have to do this for me and for her because she deserves the best mommy she can get.&amp;#160; And feel free to ramble. Well I felt like I almost did. I didnt' eat enough during the day and I wore a t-shirt instead of a tank and for all that amount of sweating I was doing I didnt' have near the number of calories I needed and I although I made it thru the run I couldnt do anything afterwards because I was so nauseous and light headed I had to leave the gym. My poor daughter gave me her doritos so I must've looked near death for her to give them up.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Note to self - eat something before running!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:3150a8de-16c7-49ea-bee8-9322328cc706] --&gt;</description>
