      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:175c3ef1-cbb0-4893-8ada-a5c4cd3b385e] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt; 6 weeks is &lt;strong&gt;PLENTY&lt;/strong&gt; of time to recover and run another.&amp;#160; It all depends on your pace and what you put into the first one.&amp;#160; Use it as a long training run and take it easy being sure to stay hydrated and fueled up along the way (helps in recovery).&amp;#160; Although if condiitions are perfect for the first one I still think you could go for your personal best and still be recovered by 6 weeks for the next one.&amp;#160; Also, the more training miles you are able to get in the better your body will be able to handle the distance and recovery.&amp;#160; I once did 5 marathons in 5 months and think you should be able to handle it.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:175c3ef1-cbb0-4893-8ada-a5c4cd3b385e] --&gt;</description>
