      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:7e12660b-e59c-484d-9366-715b8808bdd6] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm also a mother of three ages 5, 3 &amp;amp; 6 1/2 weeks.&amp;#160; I've basically been doing what other posters have said...just eat when you are hungry &amp;amp; drink a ton!&amp;#160; I've also been following up each of my workouts with Recoverite (made by Hammer nutrition).&amp;#160; It has protein &amp;amp; glutamine in it.&amp;#160; I've only been back at this for a few weeks since having my youngest, but so far my milk supply hasn't dropped at all and my little one doesn't seem to mind the taste after I've exercised.&amp;#160; The hardest part is fitting it into our busy schedule, but so far I've been able to make it work.&amp;#160; Good luck!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:7e12660b-e59c-484d-9366-715b8808bdd6] --&gt;</description>
