      <title>Best Program to Prepare me for my first 10K!!??</title>

My sister in law just invited me and my other sisters and cousins to go for the 10K race in October! I would love to join!       <title>How to break my repeated minutes at 5K???</title>

The last 3 of my 5K races I finish at 33 minutes (34:09, 33:19, 33:05) I improved every time but just a tad bit. I want to get it under 33 minutes... HOW??? I have completed c25k program and am on 7th week of Insanity. I am doing 5K races once or twice a month. My current goal is to get in a nice shape and to run faster at least 25 minutes at 5K and near future to run 10K. So what program should I try? or anything else I should try?? HELP!! WIth all that I hope I will at least lose weight and inches off my (mostly) the tummy area!
