      <title>An Oldie(over 75,000 miles run) willing to help Newbies</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:6b8f50dd-0970-42b8-bb9a-68dcf4e3bcdf] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I most definitely want to be a lifetime runner.&amp;#160; But right now, I just want to get back into running again.&amp;#160; I was running back in 2007/2008, and since then have gained 75lbs.&amp;#160; In January 2012, I did my first half marathon since I gained the weight and I was at my heaviest weight.&amp;#160; My half marathon time was 4 minutes slower per minute than my full marathon times back in the day.&amp;#160; I want to get back into it, but it seems so hard.&amp;#160; Even when I was running before it never came easy.&amp;#160; I look at others who seem to just glide across the sidewalks for their evening runs... and wonder will I ever be a "runner" like I want to be?...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:6b8f50dd-0970-42b8-bb9a-68dcf4e3bcdf] --&gt;</description>
