I found this post and after reading several entries, I found myself getting very thirsty. I logged my time on the trainer for the night and then fixed myself one of my favorites... a white russian made to perfection as follows: one part VanGogh espresso vodka; two parts starbucks coffee liquor; one part milk (vary to taste) ... mmmmm the best!! OK now the secret is out ... enjoy!!

So far I've been good...now I'm wanting some wine too. Maybe just a glass....
Personally, I would like to go to RichMac's house and enjoy his wine If he went out and restocked, that is.
