I had a great run on the treadmill and was ready to get in the pool when I had an odd feeling around my collarbone. It almost felt like a strain, but it started before I got in the pool and I didn't swim yesterday. I did swim, but not very well and that odd feeling is still there. I don't do any other sports that involve lifting or using my upper body.

Any ideas?
