Going Gluten Free

I recently blogged about gluten and how some have been going gluten free to improve performance. Please check it out (http://vappleby.wordpress.com/) and tell me whether you think going gluten free has or would increase performance. I found that scientifically based there is no evidence that there would be increased performance in one who goes gluten free that doesn't have an allergy to gluten. But I suppose there's something to be said for eating a more healthy way and as a result seeing all around improvements in health.
