If you are gonna do this - Do it properly.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Eat Right!&amp;#160; Fresh Fruits, Vegetables and yogurt (I like the Greek Yogurts) are your friends!&amp;#160; I eat 5-6 times per day.&amp;#160; Yogurt - Fruit - Tuna Sandwich - Fruit - Big Salad topped with hard boiled eggs, grilled chicken or pork, sometimes a low cal iced treat like Italian Ice or fat free klondike bar.&amp;#160;&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you follow C25K and eat properly.&amp;#160; You will see that weight fall right off your body.&amp;#160; You knees will feel better, your back will feel better.&amp;#160; You can do it!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In November 2010, I was 236 lbs and was occasionally active.&amp;#160; My favorite treat was 2-3 bowls of cereal right before bed.&amp;#160; One day I woke up and said, "No More".&amp;#160; I got up the next morning and ran (not very far) then walked for a bit.&amp;#160; I have not stopped and my weight is down to 201.&amp;#160; I have had 3 knee surgeries so I know about sore knees.&amp;#160; My knees are thanking me for the exercise.&amp;#160; I have zero knee issues.&amp;#160; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I did it!&amp;#160; You can Do it!&amp;#160; So get out there and do it!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:78067ac1-a43a-4d32-a0ef-9928ca0bc9f4] --&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:13a77fb3-29f3-4d43-9d62-1ab8fe5b42a8] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ok,&amp;#160; little background..&amp;#160; I am almost 40 and overweight.&amp;#160; I used to be an athlete but haven't been active, except walking, in about 15 years.&amp;#160; I am disappointed in myself and the fact that I have let myself go in this way.&amp;#160; I really want to start to walk/jog/run, however,&amp;#160; I am worried about knee pain that I experience on a regular basis.&amp;#160; I am sure that it stems from my weight issues and I am hoping that as I start to lose some weight the knee's will feel better.&amp;#160; Does anyone dealt with similar issues?&amp;#160; I am wondering if I should just walk or if the C25K plan could still be an option for me.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:13a77fb3-29f3-4d43-9d62-1ab8fe5b42a8] --&gt;</description>
