      <title>Couch to 5K - Distance or Time?</title>

      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:19a65831-f96a-4c48-9429-6dd365a7d786] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I'm on W5D2 of the C25K training.&amp;#160; It been giving me the option of doing my intervals based on time or by distance.&amp;#160; I've been doing them based on time and have been coming up short on the distance.&amp;#160; What is the general feeling about how to proceed?&amp;#160; I have the ability to track distance or time (GPS watch).&amp;#160; It seems as if the program is looking for 10 mon/mi and I'm not that fast yet.&amp;#160; I want to be able to a 5K on 9/11 which is a week after the end of the program.&amp;#160; Tips? hints?
