I belive that a healthy diet is part and parcel of healthy living and should be the main considering factor. I enjoyed the article very much and learned a few things. Diet is important not only in running but in all types of body activity whether you are playing sports or lifting. People has always thought that dieting involves starving yourself but that is not true. Have quick healthy meals each day is also dieting. You don't need to starve yourself.
