It was great for my first one, but with the 3rd, I didn't feel it was challenging enough. I did review the intermediate training program, but felt that it was too challenging.&amp;#160; There doesn't seem to be a program in the middle. I would like a program that increases speed by just 3-5 minutes and helps train for hills.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:980dc948-de89-495d-bef2-1ea9710ad3c8] --&gt;</description>
